Walking On Ice Safety Duplex Leases Put Tenants Responsible For Snow Removal & Keeping Walks & Drive Ice Free. But No Enforcement.?

Duplex leases put tenants responsible for snow removal & keeping walks & drive ice free. But no enforcement.? - walking on ice safety

I was not resident ownership since 1 December 2007 and inherited the leases have no expiration date for 8 months.

I'm happy about the safety of all persons concerned with the property that May, and especially my responsibility as an owner.

What can I do legally to force the tenants to do the job? These areas are common areas, making it difficult to assign specific areas of each case.

I am willing to take responsibility, but I will certainly slander, if someone is injured. I live 3 miles away, so ensure it hard for me to make sure that the problems can be solved relatively quickly. I am under the salt and the anvil.

You should check the laws of your particular state, but I do not see why it is less enforcebale other clause in the lease agreement would be. It also depends on how you read your lease.

I want to send a warning letter indicating that after XX rape end of the lease that states that "XXXX" in violation of his contract and are now fine and / or deportation if it occurs.

Depending on how you want to go, you'll start Taking Care of Business, or can go, and you can get the best tenants.

I am ready to help if I can.
